Finally, it's arrived, the latest issue of Burnout, complete with a FREE North West Punk compilation CD, courtesy of Carl Arnfield (AFS, Bullet Kings etc).
Issue 33 also features interviews with Chop Suicide and Dividing The Line, a 5 page review special on Rebellion, Blackpool 2008, a 3 page gig guide and more.

Burnout is taking a break now but will return with a vengeance, hopefully around the end of September.
Sorry to anyone who's been trying to obtain a copy. I promise that Issue 27 will be worth the wait.
Forthcoming interview subjects include Ambush UK, ...And Their Eyes Were Bloodshot, Dragster, Charlie Harper, Pink Hearse and Vice Squad. I will cram as many of these as I can in Issue 27 and the remainder will follow in Issue 28. Issue 27 will also include a review of the Rebellion Punk Festival which took place in Blackpool last weekend.
I will confirm the publish date neaerer to the time. In the meantime, feel free to get in touch with all your comments, submissions, news and reviews.

The Exorsisters win at Emergenza!29 July 2006 by Kerry
Last Saturday, Blackburn band The Exorsisters won the regional final of international unsigned band competitionEmergenza. Tomorrow they compete in the national final at London's Astoria for the chance to play at the world final at the Taubertal Festival in Rothenburg, Germany which takes places on 11-13th August 2006. Last Monday I interviewed Kurt and Gus from the band for the next issue and hopefully extracts should appear here soon. I will talk to the band nearer to the time about the results of Emergenza and wish them the best of luck with the event. I should mention that Newcastle band Odd Shaped Head are also through to the national final and I wish them luck too.
